Return Policy

We want you to be happy!

We will gladly provide a refund for unused product(s) returned within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept items that have been used. 

In order to process a return:

1. Print the attached Return Form and fill in the required information
2. Repack the merchandise and enclose the completed Return Form
3. Attach the completed Return Address Label to your package and send to us via the carrier of your choice.  

Gripty will process a credit/refund for your product(s) as soon as the returned item is received. Original shipping charges will not be credited.
